Processional Wedding Music

Processional wedding music begins when the wedding party (parents, bridesmaids, ring bearers, flower girls, etc.) enters the wedding ceremony and continues until the bride has reached the end of the aisle. When choosing processional music and songs, listen to the song's tempo and cadence. Songs with an upbeat tempo are difficult to walk down the aisle to at a slow pace. When you find a song that you like, practice walking to it to be sure that it will work for you at your ceremony.

Many couples choose to play a different processional for the bride to draw attention to her appearance down the aisle. Another option is to increase the sound of the music when the bride appears and walks down. However....be sure that your music is loud enough to announce the bride's arrival but not so loud that it is deafening!
